Each unit is enrolled under one model. The model sets the length of stay we market to, how the home is priced and which services apply. Our focus is mid-term stays in studios, 1-bedroom units, ADUs and 2-bedroom homes; larger homes fit short-term or long-term rentals. We can change course with the market and your plans.

Referral Program
Agents, lenders, ADU builders, property managers, guests and neighbors send us owners who want help renting. Every owner you introduce gets a free rental analysis and written proposal, and you get a referral fee when their home goes live.

Referral partners
Real estate agents, lenders and anyone who meets owners with an ADU, a vacant or inherited home, or a home that is not selling.
ADU builder partners
A free rental consultation and proposal for each client's unit, a smart home and amenities plan, design for the rental, and management once it is built.
Long-term managers
We take only the furnished and month-to-month homes you do not manage, and send long-term owners back to you.
Referral fees are paid as the law allows. Ask us for the program terms and our partner kit.
