Our Story
Cozy Casas Rentals is run by John Bruner. It began with one ADU rented to travel nurses. A friend asked us to manage theirs, then an ADU builder introduced us to other property providers, and the company grew from there.
Today we care for furnished homes for property providers who want them looked after, and for guests who want to feel at home from the first night: traveling nurses, relocating families, insurance stays and military moves.
We make furnished mid-term housing simple. Guests get a cared-for home that is ready to live in for a month or more, and property providers get their homes set up, filled and looked after without doing the work.

Short, mid or long term, or a mix by season. We change course with the market and your plans, without long lock-ins.
